Should 90-year-old people still be driving?

This rate rises at age 70, and rapidly goes up at age 80. Sadly, drivers who are 85 years old or older are 11 times more likely to be killed in a crash than anyone else.

Judging from these statistical evaluations, it isn't recommended for a 90-year-old to still be driving a car. These sorts of factors cause car insurance rates to raise for drivers entering their 60s.
